We pride ourselves in filling urgent 24/7 staffing needs for attendant care when special knowledge of injury-related care is needed. We cover all of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. We have successfully staffed many 24/7 cases in as few as 72 hours. Of course – we would prefer a week or two notice, but we are good at what we do and are available when you need to find urgent, quality in home care.
Case Managers and Claims Adjusters appreciate our efforts to assist them in finding ways to reduce claim costs, whenever possible, without compromising complexity of care needs. Our Management Team is cognizant of Life Care Plan guidelines.
It is our goal to provide an in-home care environment that is as close to “normal” as possible. We encouraging our clients to progress toward the highest level of pre-accident independence.
Communication is Key
Our RN team practices “best in class” communication with our Case Managers. We are always available to assist you between care conferences, as needed. Care Plus TLC’s clinical staff accompanies patient/clients to all medical appointments and we work closely with each team member in Multi-disciplinary meetings.
